Jancik Augustine

(born August 21, 1898 in Lipinach [1], died. August 12, 1970 in Swietoclowice) - Silesian Uprising, a so ldier of September and the Polish armed forces in the west. In th e first Silesian uprising took part in the action of shaft Martin . In the Second Silesian Uprising, as a platoon commander in the company of Francis Lazar, took part in disarming the German police. In the third Silesian uprising took part in the assault on Leśnica and fights of Mount St. Annes. In August 1939 he was mobilized and assigned to 11 pp in Tarnowski Gory.
